30-day returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Email us at heidithompson1999@yahoo.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Non-returnable items
Opened blind boxes (designs are random), used items, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.
